To work efficiently and safely, while maintaining target range on the following KPI’s: discrepancies, accidents, ballistic repairs, ballistic re-cuts, garment repairs, garment re-cuts, ballistic yield, desired ship dates, and inventory cycle counts.RESPONSIBILITIESPlaces parts in specified relationship to each otherClips or otherwise fastens parts togetherWorks at different work stations as production needs requireAssemble products for stock as neededAssist in Quality Control in productionWorks on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along lineVerify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished productAdhere product logos and serial numbers on products properlyObserve all safety regulations and procedures of the facilityHelps in keeping production area clean and organizedParticipate in kaizen activities to achieve productivity and quality improvementsOther tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONSZero (0) to six (6) months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
